Refund policy

The Buhter Up product satisfaction guarantee: We hope you adore everything Buhter Up, but if you’re not satisfied with your Buhter Up brand product purchase, you can return the unused item in it's original packaging to us for a refund within 15 days of purchase.

If you return an unwanted item after 15 days, you will receive a Buhter Up store credit for the product’s purchase price. The item must be unused and in it's original packaging. 

An item cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or credit if it has been used or if it has been after 21 days of purchase.

Mystery Goodie Bags: To get a refund for any amount of the purchase price, you must return all components of the Mystery Goodie Bags Unused.

All Digital Items are Non Refundable 

Buhter Up does not provide return labels. When shipping a return, we strongly advise that you include tracking information for your records.
